½ cup HomePlate Creamy Peanut Butter
⅓-½ cup coconut sugar
½ cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
*optional but recommended: chocolate chips!
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. In a bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients until they are combined. Then add the wet ingredients and stir again until everything is well incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
