Peanut Butter Spice Smoothie Ingredients


  • ½ cup your preferred milk
  • 2 Tbs HomePlate Creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup protein powder
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup pumpkin
  • 1 frozen banana 


  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add more milk, depending on how thick you like your smoothie. 
  2. Pour the smoothie into a to-go cup and you’re ready to start your day!
