Overnight Peanut Butter Oats

Print Recipe

Here’s a snack hack that we love because it lets us get all of those bits of peanut butter that get stuck at the bottom of the jar or left right around the sides, plus, you can make this peanut butter treat in a jif! Well, you can make it in a jif, but it actually needs a few hours come together into a delectable treat.

Here we have a breakfast that can be planned in advance, which is great for those of us who wake up with just enough time to take the dog for a walk, jump in the shower, and head to the office. These overnight oats can quickly be thrown together at the same that you are putting a bit of peanut butter on a spoon as a light night sweet delight before heading to bed. The next morning, just wake up, add a couple of berries, and dig in. You can eat these on the walk to work, on the metro, or just twist on the lid, throw it in your work bag, and enjoy it at your desk along with a cup of coffee from the office kitchen.
