Have you ever heard of "fluffernutter"? Fluffernutter is the magic that happens when you combine peanut butter and marshmallow fluff! Add salty Ritz crackers and luscious dark chocolate and you have a divine treat for any occasion. We topped ours with Halloween sprinkles but these cookies are simple and easy to whip up any time of the year!

- Open one sleeve of crackers and using a butter knife, spread about ½ tsp of HomePlate Crunchy peanut butter on each cracker. Open the other sleeve and repeat, this time with marshmallow fluff.
- Sandwich the peanut butter crackers and the marshmallow fluff crackers together and line in rows on a baking sheet. Place in the freezer while making the chocolate. This will make the dipping process super easy.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until the chocolate is fully melted.
- Remove the cookies from the freezer. Using two forks, dip each cookie into the chocolate and try to tap off excess chocolate. Place back onto the baking sheet and once all the cookies are dipped in chocolate, top with your favorite festive sprinkles. Enjoy!
